BASIC BUFFET

Delivery and Set-up Fee of $35 Includes:  Delivery of trays, buffet set-up, wire chaffing racks, sternos; plastic serving utensils. (Refundable deposit for wire racks applies.) For an additional $5 per person, we will supply:  plastic plates; plastic utensils; napkins; soda; and plastic cups.

Small trays serve approximately 8-10 servings and large trays serve approximately 16-20 servings. GF next to any menu item indicates that dish is available as gluten free, but you must notify us when ordering that you need gluten free. To substitute gluten free pasta (penne or spaghetti) in any of the Pasta dishes add $10 for half tray and add $20 for full tray.
